Maya Copador Bowl
(Turkey Bowl)
This vessel depicts a series of seven standing "turkeys" separated by a dot pattern (possibly indicating rain). Below the birds are three dot and "axe" symbols in red, orange and black. This bowl is in excellent condition with slight wear and a minor age-crack stemming from the chip on the rim which definitely occurred during burial because of the growth in area of the missing portion.
